1. App Overview
Jump High AI is a mobile fitness application that uses your device's
camera and Artificial Intelligence to track and measure vertical jump
height, air time, velocity, and power. The app provides personal
statistics, history tracking, and progress visualization.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Jump High AI Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week

Yearly Subscription: $39.99 per year (Best Value)

Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(e.g., Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account
upon confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy

For all users:
Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store
or Google Play Store account settings. Jump High AI cannot directly
manage cancellations.

without hitting objects.

- Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience pain.
6. User Responsibilities
- Place the phone securely to avoid damage during workouts.

Ensure adequate lighting and full-body visibility for the AI camera to
function correctly.
- Do not use the app if you are feeling unwell or injured.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jump High AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including
physical injury or phone damage.
