This Privacy Policy applies to the Jump High AI mobile application ("Application"), developed by the Jump High AI Team. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Camera Usage and Data

Privacy First: Jump High AI uses your device's camera solely to detect body keypoints for jump calibration and measurement. We do not record, store, or transmit video footage or images of you to our servers. All AI vision processing happens locally and in real-time on your device.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:

Your device's IP address and Model
Usage data (jumps completed, time spent working out)
App settings (preferences, e.g., units)
Operating system version

What We Collect

Jump metrics (Height, Air Time, Velocity, Power)
Date and duration of jump sessions
Historical progress data and Personal Bests

To provide progress tracking and analytics graphs

The Application uses the following third-party services:

Local & Cloud Storage

Your jump history is primarily stored locally on your device.
If you use device backup features (e.g., iCloud), your statistics may be synced to your personal cloud account.
We do not sell your personal jump data to third parties.

Opt-Out Rights

Uninstalling the application.
Revoking Camera permissions in your device settings.
Requesting account deletion via support.

Data Retention

We retain user data as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, local data is removed. Subscription data is retained by the App Store provider for billing history.

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction: This app is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without parental consent.
